General Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the OCENEO website, accessible at www.oceneo.fr. They define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products offered by the company.

- Availability: Products are available as long as they are visible on the website. In case of unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed and may cancel or modify their order.

- Pricing: Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
- Delivery Fees: To be paid by the customer and specified before order validation.
- Price Changes: Prices may be changed at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of the order.

Order

- Process: The customer places an order on the website by adding products to the cart, filling in delivery information, and validating the order.
- Confirmation: The order is confirmed by a summary email sent to the customer.

Delivery

- Lead Times: As glasses are made to order, please allow approximately 10 to 15 days before shipment.
- Methods: Products are shipped via Colissimo.
- Responsibility: The company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal

- Withdrawal Period: The customer has 30 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
- Product Returns: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Products must be returned in their original and complete condition.

Warranty and Liability

- Legal Warranty: Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
- Limitation of Liability: The company is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the purchase or use of the products.
