Terms of sale

Purpose

These general terms of sale govern sales made on the Oceneo website, available at "oceneo.fr". They define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of the products offered by the company.

Products

- Product description: The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
- Availability: Products are available as long as they are visible on the website. If a product is unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed and may cancel or modify their order.

Prices

- Pricing: Product prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.
- Delivery costs: In France, delivery is free to a Mondial Relay pickup point, and to your home for orders of €200 or more. For deliveries outside France, delivery costs are paid by the customer and are specified before the order is confirmed.
- Price changes: Prices may be changed at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of the order.

Orders

- Ordering process: The customer places an order on the website by adding products to the cart, filling in the delivery information and confirming the order.
Order confirmation: The order is confirmed by a summary email sent to the customer.

Payment

- Payment methods: The customer can pay for their order by bank card, bank transfer or any other payment method indicated on the website.
- Payment security: Transactions are secured by Stripe // Shopify Payments.

Delivery

- Delivery times: As the glasses are made to order, allow 10 to 15 days before shipping.
- Delivery methods: In France, products are shipped to a Mondial Relay pickup point or to your home. Outside France, the delivery method and rate are specified before the order is confirmed.
- Liability: The company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

Right of withdrawal

- Withdrawal period: The customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
- Return of products: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete.

Warranty and liability

- Legal warranty: Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
- Limitation of liability: The company is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the purchase or use of the products.

Personal data protection

- Data collection: The personal information collected when ordering is necessary to process the order and manage the customer relationship.
- Customer rights: In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has a right of access, rectification and deletion of their personal data.

Intellectual property

All elements of the Oceneo website are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, use or exploitation of these elements is prohibited without prior authorisation.

Disputes

- Applicable law: These general terms of sale are governed by French law.
- Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. If no amicable solution is found, the French courts will have jurisdiction.

Changes to the terms of sale

The company reserves the right to modify these general terms of sale at any time. The applicable terms are those in force on the date of the order.
