The OCENEO material
At OCENEO, used neoprene is ground up. Depending on the granulometry obtained, the material goes either into eyewear or into NEOPOP: two expressions of the same industry.
The process
Used wetsuits are collected, washed, cut, then shredded. The size of the shredded material then determines its use: fine powder for technical parts, more visible granules for raw material.

Cleaning, cutting, then grinding. Depending on the grain size, the material takes two directions.
On one side, a fine powder for technical parts. On the other, a coarser granulate for objects and creations.
Our finest neoprene powder is mixed with a bio-sourced resin, then injected into aluminum molds. This is the technical approach: a precise material, designed for optical performance and lightweight glasses.
The rest of the neoprene, ground more simply, retains visible grains and a strong texture. This is the raw, expressive material, which is transformed into blocks, objects, POS displays, accessories, and bespoke creations.
