Behind every pair of OCENEO, there is a material reborn, but also women and men. We work in a short supply chain with ESATs (établissements et services d'aide par le travail - establishments and services for assistance through work) and local partners: a second life for neoprene, a second chance for those who shape it.
Work as a lever for inclusion
Some of the sorting and preparation steps are entrusted to ESATs (Establishments and Services for Assistance through Work), which support people with disabilities in their journey towards employment.
This choice is central to our approach: producing locally also means creating social value in our region, rather than outsourcing it.
A network of local partners
Collection, sewing, finishing: we rely on seamstresses and partners located a few kilometers from the workshop. The short supply chain is not only ecological, it is also human.
Each order supports this local ecosystem and allows it to grow.
Recycling materials is good. Creating local jobs while doing it is even better.
