Bionylon frames: a more responsible vision
The recycled neoprene frame deserves lenses of equal quality. In partnership with Divel Italia, we equip our glasses with bionylon lenses, bio-based from castor oil, with 100% UV protection (category 3).
Bionylon, what is it?
Bionylon is a partially biosourced polymer, made from castor oil, a renewable plant resource, rather than a classic petroleum derivative. It offers the same optical clarity and strength as the best technical lenses.
By choosing this material, we are extending the logic that guides the entire frame to the lenses: less petroleum, more renewable resources.
Certified protection, controlled tints
All our lenses are UV400, category 3 certified: they block 100% of UVA and UVB rays. Available polarized or non-polarized, in several tints (bluish grey, G15 green, brown).
The polarized version reduces glare and light haze on the water. It is ideal for surfing and water activities.
